About Us

Williams and Hamm Ditch Co has been a cornerstone of agricultural innovation since 1875. We have proudly served our shareholders, ensuring access to essential water resources for nearly a century and a half.

The ditch company serves 24 shareholders covering approximately 856 acres, as well as several non-shareholder ranches with livestock access to drinking water. The ditch supports families with land holders and leases of over 20,000 acres for grazing property in the high country. Williams and Hamm ditch provides for irrigated hay production, livestock grazing and wildlife habitat, along with Farm-to-Table supplying vegetables to non-profit organizations. These ranches provide open space, valuable landscape views and wildlife habitat in a portion of the county which is undergoing rapid development.
